I tried this product cause I practice Keto eating have for years now and this product does help me have energy at the gym in the morning before work, so yes they do work as far as weight loss goes I’m not sure, but the physical energy and mental focus is great!

I purchased this item as it is suppose to help keep you in ketosis. Then I'm told it takes about 2 weeks before you notice a change.

I ordered the capsule form. I only took 2 capsules and the migraine started! If you are prone to have migraines DON'T take this. The pain I had was worse than any other pain I have ever experienced!

Jury is still out on this one. Been taking as directed for 2 weeks but haven't seen any positive results yet.
