Watch Stopped working in 5 months / not charging
My daughter is using the watch in UAE. I bought her for Xmas '21. (24th Dec); In May 2022, the watch has suddenly gone dead. Its not charging / not responding. No breakage etc. The watch looks in good condition. I am not sure what to do? Please advice.

Not working
The watch is not working properly. Binding was difficult, many features don’t work on the watch. The app cannot track and many more features on the app don’t work neither. Only phone calls from app work sometimes

Did not work for me
I tried with two different Sim cards in UAE, it didn't work and unfortunately had to return it.

No servicing for the phone
Not working properly. My first fone customer service made the matter worse with their very slow and rude IT support, now the watch is not even oppening.No spare parts anywhere outside Singapore. They only replace a watch if it's younger that 1 year, afterwards if there is any problem, you can simply throw the watch. Not worth it at all.
