My husband is taking fish oil capsules and has been having problems getting the large softgels down his throat without choking. The half-size pills are quite small (it seems they are actually smaller than half-size) and they go down easily with no burping fishy taste. We will be reordering these Finest Nutrition Half-the-Size Fish Oil Softgels as soon as another bottle is needed.

It is about 1/2 the size of other omega-3 pills I bought.

I've been using fish oil for years as a supplement. The large sized gel that I was regularly taking crowded my pill containers, and I often had to take 2 daily. These gels are smaller and still meet daily requirements, so I'm pleased to have found them.

The diameter isn't huge but still I have a harder time swallowing them... I do but they make me work for it. It's the diameter, I guess. With that said, my husband has no problem swallowing them.

I love these because they're half the size of most other brands of fish oil pills, which makes it so I can actually swallow them. This reduces the chance of the capsule coming open and disgorging its horrible, foul-tasting contents onto my tongue while I'm trying to get it down. Would recommend if you take fish oil supplements.
