The set of 2 allows you to load one sheet while the other is baking. The flexible and non-stick silicone sheet makes turning out easy and guarantees perfectly sized macarons every time. Also handy for meringues, biscuits, cookies, etc. The sheet can be flipped over and used as a smooth baking sheet. Ridge size is 1.5" diameter. Made with premium quality 100% food grade silicone, tray is heat resistant, freezer safe, easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
