Bought for wife’s toe that’s trying to overlap her big toe. So far they are working well and she said doesn’t have any problems or discomfort with them. As long as she continues to use them regularly I believe they will help straighten toe.

This was a Godsend!! I didn't know what was happening to my toe (next to my big toe) until I searched thru Amazon and realized I had hammer toe. Best of all there is this simple fix. This little gadget instantly took away my pain. It's so comfortable I don't even know it's there. My podiatrist had said I needed surgery!! I can actually walk now and even bend my toe without pain. I was getting very concerned that I couldn't ever walk or jog without pain. I am so relieved and happy with this product. Thank you!

Good at keeping the big and second toe separated. Stays in place a lot better than a separator that doesn’t attach to the toe. Very soft and no irritation from the materials. Wish the silicone was a touch more viscous … catches when putting socks on and moves the separator back on the second toe. I wash these after every use and it seems to make the problem incrementally worse. I wish these came in different sizes. The hole for the second toe is a little too small. Feels fine for most of the day, but the last few hours on my feet when they begin to swell just a bit, the silicone begins to act like a tourniquet and the tip of my second toe begins to hurt and swell even more than the rest of my toe. Finally, while the separator does a good job, my big toe is big and I could use something a little larger. Overall, I haven’t found anything better. But it’s far from perfect.

Soft and work well

I like these much better than I thought I would. They're comfortable, don't slip as they loop around the toe, and they do keep the toes separated. I can even wear them with shoes without issue.

Too big and causes skin irritation and itching. I might try carving it down about 1/8 inch.

My big toe has overlapped my second toe my entire life (thanks grandma, for making me wear those super tight and pointy shoes when I was four! 😆) Now at age 51, it’s finally started causing me pain in the ball of my foot. I’m kind of weird about things touching my toes, so I wasn’t sure I’d be able to wear these, but they are amazing, and super comfortable! They are very soft and squishy (see the video). Silicone, I assume. I was also not sure I could easily slip them over my second toe, since it’s wide at the tip (decades of being smooshed by the great toe). I haven’t had them very long so I can’t comment on their long-term durability, but they definitely help to properly align my toes, and they are very comfortable. (They seem like they will be reasonably durable, but even if they aren’t, with twelve in a pack for a reasonable price, I will happily replace them). 👍🏻

The toe separation was adequate for relieving my bunion pain. The problem is with the part that goes around the second toe. It constricted the blood flow in the second toe which caused pain and swelling. I tried several times to use this product with the same second toe pain each time.

Absolutely tiny---would not fit over a baby toe...
