Costly, but effective.
This product is costly yet effective. Works fast, and gets your job done without difficulty. Although price is much higher in India. Out of country avg price is ₹56000, where as in India price is about ₹80000.

Defected Piece!
Received slightly dented piece with corrupt OS or BIOS.Unable to boot it due to corrupt OS.FELT VERY DISAPPOINTED WHILE RETURNED.

Charger not working. Contacted customer support twice. They are of no help either.
I ordered this laptop, once it arrived, it had issues with charging. I have contacted customer support of Amazon twice for the exchange of charger, but no interest taken by customer executive. No solution given by him/her.The item is now not available on Amazon as well so I can not exchange entire order also.Customer service is Pathetic of Amazon.

Outdated processor
It has 10th gen processor which is around 3 years old. Better to go with some other laptop with newer processor

Don’t waste your money, go for something else.. I got a change of laptop and still the laptop has some major issues.. hate this brand
