I use it for my Reuteri Yoghurt
Works well when you slightly heat the H+H first. Then it dissolves easy. It clumps if you drop it into cold cream however.

Keeps well if sealed airtight.
Good price and quality, has stayed fresh by keeping sealed tightly in a cool dry place in the original container and putting a smaller amount for use in a small airtight glass container.

It's the real deal
I've been using inulin for years to help with IBD with constipation (TMI, sorry). I always buy inulin from Jerusalem artichokes rather than other sources (i.e. chicory or agave) because it just works better for me. In recent years the inulin hasn't been working as well as it once did and I assumed my condition was getting worse. When I needed to find a new brand because the old one was no longer available, I decided to try Carlyle because the price was good. I noticed that there was something different about this brand right away: it's not as sweet or as sticky as what I had been getting and I not prone to clumping. After using it for a couple days I noticed I was having a little bit of digestive discomfort and that I had to use the loo more frequently. I realized that this must be related to the inulin and that I must be using too much. It seems I had gotten used to using heaping spoonfuls of the stuff because the other brands I'd used just weren't working. With Carlyle's I only needed the one small scoop once a day in my morning coffee. I wish I could say what the difference is because I only bought inulin that was said to be made from Jerusalem artichoke. I'm guessing that other companies are cutting theirs with cheaper stuff or maybe sugar? But I won't look a gift horse in the mouth; I'll be buying my inulin drom Carlyle. You should too, so that they keep producing it for me -- oops, I meant us, not just me, of course I meant us, all of us, of course that's what I meant.

Great product
I have used this product for a couple years now. It really works to give me a healthy gut. It does makes me very gassy but it keeps everything flowing normal and my tummy feels healthy. Also makes me feel fuller. I add it to my 1st cup of coffee or a morning smoothie. Definitely recommend it. Inulin has great health benefits.

Even tidy bit gave me uncomfortableness and unpleasantness of my stomach and bowl. Couldn't take it.

The packaging was poor quality, the plastic bottle is also seems to be poor quality, the inulin it self no one can know if it's a pure inulin or added to it other unhealthy sweeteners, the price was high I paid but inside the box a small piece of receipt showed lower price than that I paid! I don't know why?
