This looks like a soft case online but it's actually a fabric covered hard plastic shell.There is a carry handle that can used to hang it on things and a removable adjustable shoulder strap for hands free carry.It has an accessorie pouch on the outside with a business card holder. The pouch opens up completely to make it easy to arrange things. ( see picture )The case itself seems sturdy enough to survive tabletop drops, getting bumped through doorways and preventing scratches from everyday use.Its listed as being spill resistant. I think the full length zippers prevent it from being waterproof. I am confident it offers protection against the occasional coffee spill and short walks in the rain.On the insider the bottom is covered with bumps to allow air circulation to help keep the device cool. The top has elastic clasps that clearly allow for a little variation in device size.The best part is that it's a work in design. Unzip, flip up & you're ready to go.I wanted something to protect my new Chromebook that could fit in a standard backpack or allow my chromebook to be carried hands free. I've been using it for a few days now and so far I am really happy with it.

Well designed and sturdy. I bought one for my granddaughter, one for my grandson, and one for me.

My 9 yr old uses this on her school chrome book. It fits perfect. And its durable for everday back and forth use. It protected it from a 5 ft drop from our kitchen counter! And i like that the way its made so you open it and use the chromebook without taking it out of the case. And also the good size pocket for the clunky charger! Also a spot to put a card with her name on it.

Purchased this case for my husbands new lap top. Like the fact that the case has holders for it so it doesn't slide out. very portable. It has a zippered case attached for sd cards, glasses, Id cards, and jump drives. etc.Would definitely recommend this case to any one that has issues with holding on to smooth lap tops.Makes taking it with you an easy taskWould recommend this case
