You should contact Amazon customer service.

Q: what size are the strips 1/16 1/32 and whow wide are they

The 1/16" strips are 1/16 th of an inch wide. The 1/8" strips are 1/8" wide. I do not think Plaid makes 1/32" wide strips.

Q: Looking at gallery glass liquid lead, 8 oz, black: does the product merely decorate or does it glue together pieces of glass? i need the latter.

It just decorates. It won't glue glass together. It's used to lay down a pattern (a flower, a bird, a butterfly or whatever) and then you paint between the lead lines with transparent paint. Then you have a colorful sun catcher.
