I purchased a Sunny Health & Fitness Captain's Chair attachment for my 2x2 Progear weight cage and it fit perfect. I can put my ankle attachments to the lower pulley system for weighted leg raises. The captain's chair is sturdy when doing leg raises and dips. Very happy with this purchase.

These dip attachments are really sturdy. Much better than my shaky old pull up tower.

I would like to say I am a beginner to the joys of weightlifting. This setup works well at so many levels. First up, the rack is super easy to setup without a cluster of pieces to put together. Had it up in under 2 hours tops. The rack itself is pretty sturdy. It may not be a true blue 11.gauge rack that costs 2x as much. But when loaded with over 300 lbs in weights it holds down without a whimper. I use the rack everyday for all my barbell exercises. Unfortunately at 82" the pull up bar is too short for me at 5'10" - I try to collapse my legs but it doesn't feel natural. Other than that I love the look and feel, the ease of moving the restraints around. I invested in the land.mine attachment and barbell holder and its made this so much more potent as a setup. Thoroughly enjoy it. Spend the extra 200$ and get this and you won't have any clutter storing weights as well.

This seem to be very well-made that’s why I’m sad I couldn’t use it. The dimensions seemed correct but it wouldn’t fit my Titan T3 series power rack. The holes in my rack were too small for the pins.

Well balanced and centered within a single vertical framed cage. I was concerned that the Captain’s Chair was going to be too forward in the frame of the 2inch by 2inch frame, adding too much pressure, but the reality it is not.

Looks good, easy to install, quality is good, fits right. The value for the money seems fair. No complaints.

The left J hook is completely missing both of the pads as well as the 8 screws that are supposed to hold them in. Also, if you look at the top, you can see the metal is damaged which would have been undetectable if they had actually installed the padding. The obvious lack of quality control here is very concerning for a product that is intended to support 800+ pounds. Unfortunately, you don't have many options for replacement J-hooks if you own one of these racks. As you likely know, the holes are an odd size and the standard sized replacements won't work. At this point, I am strongly considering selling the rack and just buying a new one from a different manufacturer that uses standard size accessories. I don't want to continue supporting a company with questionable ethics and practices.

Bought this for the Squat Rack With Lat Pull down - J008. Was worried about the hole sizes on it being compatible and, while the bolts that came with it were too big for my rack, I simply reused the bolts to my rack and it worked perfectly. Have had it for a month now and no sign of warping and the angle looks consistent. Between the price and that you get 2 of them, can’t think of a better alternative
