Only lasted 6 months!
We primarily use the dishwasher so this unit did not see extensive use these past six months. We only use the basic Dawn or Palmolive dish soaps in it. Yesterday the dispenser spout started wobbling around. After looking at it closer I could see it had come unscrewed. I thought it could be screwed back in, but it turns out the threads stripped right out of the housing! You can see in the pictures part of the threads unraveling and coming out through the top.Unfortunately it is useless now. No idea how this could have happened other than very poor manufacturing. I would say don't waste your money on this one and try to find another product that holds up better. I am still looking for one.EDIT: Company reached out to me and offered a complete replacement pump free of charge. Upgrading rating from 1 star to 3 stars for the service and the new pump seems to be holding up well so far. If it outlasts the original one, I'll upgrade the rating again.

You'll need to periodically tighten the collar that holds the soap delivery tube.
As you pump the top, the threaded collar that holds the soap tube loosens. Over time, it releases, and the tube and spring fall into the soap bottle. You then need to use a very thin needle nose or tweezers to carefully lift the spring and tube out of the bottle. Not that easy, not that tough. You then put the spring back into the tube assembly and compress it so you can pull the threaded collar down to tighten it. Takes about five minutes. To avoid having to do the preceding, tighten the collar every week, or so. Minor hassle.

Weak Plunger Spring
Well packaged. Arrived quickly. Build quality looked good. Downside: Very weak plunger return spring. Even with watered down soap (to make soap a lower viscosity), very slow plunger return. This week the white paint finish started to peal off on the stem. Disappointed. Will be more selective on it's replacement.

Stop working in 5 months of use.
Nice kitchen soap dispenser, but it lasted only 5 months and stopped pumping the soap. I'm very disappointed with this product.
