A Treasure Trove for all involved with Transformations & Change Management
Having personally involved in big transformations as a consultant, living the pains day in and day out and not mention all the frustration!, along comes this book followed by nothing but Epiphanies & Aha moments. It lays solid foundation of the subject matter, soups to nuts, and provides powerful frameworks ELSA & DeLTA to effectively implement any change/transformation initiative. The book is laden with examples from the field and Author has done a splendid job of packing huge amount of information in less than 400 pages. It has enabled me to connect the dots and be better equipped with providing a well guided advise to our clients. Highly recommended for all who are involved in any transformation initiative, this book akin to Grey's Anatomy for Change/Transformation Management. Also, I hope the author will be delighting us with sharing more of his experience and knowledge in follow up books/publications.

If you want to change a modern company, you need to read this book!
I'm an Agile and Scrum consultant who has been involved in many organizational transformations in the past 20 years. This book opened my eyes to aspects of Agile change that I had never considered before. The book includes many practical examples and techniques to help companies facing constant change, work with demotivated teams, and accelerate change by implementing reframing sessions.I would suggest this book to every change professional (Agile/Lean Consultant, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, etc.), no matter at which step he or she is at.

This book was full of things that most PMs already know. Very few take-aways.
