This is a really great product. Ive taken at least 6 different probiotics and i feel ive finally found one that checks all the boxes. Theres no funny taste which ive found is hard to come by. I was so happy about this. The size of the pill is not too large. They are easy to swallow as well. I noticed that the probiotic was working with in the first couple days and kept working through out the month. Im about to order my second bottle. These helped my lady parts as well which is what i was looking for! I definitely recommend this product for that! This isn't a bottle full of false hope either. It is a good product! my gynecologist recommend it to me. But it was not good for me because makes me bloat and cause me constipation. But it does not mean it is not a good product.

I've only been using this probiotic for a couple of days, and I've already noticed some changes. I'm not sure if it's just the placebo effect, but I usually get bad tummy aches after my meals due to a recent diet change. My gut hasn't been used to this new diet, so I've been experiencing pain during and after eating. After seeing several videos and articles about the benefits of probiotics, I decided to give this a try. So far, since starting, I no longer get those bad tummy aches after meals. However, I'm not sure if I will continue because some doctors say there are risks when taking these unregulated supplements and that most of the time, you don't even need them. I'll see how I feel after finishing this bottle and decide then.
