My only negative comments are that the paper and binding are a bit lower grade and some photos are not super-high quality. Buy this book!!

Absolutely Awesome Book! Superb, wide-ranging survey of personal adornment from the prehistoric onwards. Because this was originally a german publication, it includes many items that you just don't see in other books that rely more on the good old V&A archives, and some fresh perspectives.
