Am I missing something? Because my handles do not slide all the way up to the wheels, leaving the wheels unstable. The metal bar is too long...either that, or the foam handles are too short. What gives?

Can this dismantle into small parts easily for travelling in a suitcase???

I guess you could take it apart...it comes in two pieces and once you put it in, it's in. It was tough putting it together and I could just imagine it being a pain in the A** trying to pry it apart.
