About the product - So far, so good. We haven't had any immediate lice breakouts in our room (yet), but we did have siblings of lice infected classrooms, and we're lice free. My daughter's have long hair and instead of using a spray bottle of water to do their hair in the morning, I use this spray. I tend to put their hair up daily this time of year. This smells really nice, doesn't leave a residue on my girls hair and drys quickly. I'm pleased and I recently purchased the shampoo and I'm using that on my daughter's hair as well. Finger's crossed this lice season.I purchase the lavender and it's the best smelling lice product on the market. I find that other's smell like a mosquito candle and are quite strong. I'm sure that the smell dissipates as the day progresses, but I find the lavender pleasant as I'm doing my girls' hair. It smells like an essential oil. It's pretty great.About the seller/customer service -- This is the kind of company that you don't mind spending your money with. Jill, is tremendous. I received a damaged bottle in my order and responded to her customer service email. Within an hour, I had a response. Within 12 hours, I had a new shipment, overnighted, with a complimentary product included for my time. She followed up telling me how to use the products, making sure I was completely pleased.I was frustrated because we're in to lice season and I needed the product ASAP since I only had about two days left in my bottle. I received the damaged bottle on Saturday and the NEW bottle on Monday morning. Seriously, this company STANDS by their products. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.I'm really pleased.

I don’t know if it’s working but since my kids got lice bugs from school I have been putting this. This spray smells very good compared with other sprays. I haven’t seen any lice bugs in their head so far.

I buy this spray every other month and haven't looked back since. My daughter battled lice from school for months and everything I tried to keep those nasty creatures away, never worked. I got to the point I'd comb her hair with a lice comb daily soon as she got home from school, a friend's, anywhere. The moment my child would go longer then a day without me combining her head, boom she comes back home with them again. I did lots of research and finally found this spray and I haven't had an issue since. I spray her hair every morning and she makes sure it's in her hair when she goes to her father's. Problems solved!!!

When you become a mother who's experienced head lice you will do and try anything to never go through that terrible experience again. Coupled with a very strong Herbal shampoo and conditioner that I use daily, I use this on my daughter every day before school. I spray it on as a leave-in conditioner and it works perfectly. The smell is refreshing & lovely but strong enough to warn those buggers to stay away! I use the lavender! Love it!
