Dorman 10-0103B Instrument Cluster Upgrade Kit

After entering my vehicle make and model the message appears that says the needles are included. BE AWARE NOT NEEDLES ARE INCLUDED WITH THIS ITEM. You only get the instrument panel. Despite the fact that a message says needles are include NONE are included. I returned this item to only get a 20% refund that didn't even cover the amount I had to pay to get needles with an instrument panel for my suburban.

I purchased this for my son as a gift for his truck he has been working on. He was ecstatic once he installed it, very easy to install and looks great.

Not what I was looking for a lil overpriced for what you are getting

this part show the "PRND321" the part I got does not have it requested a replacement thinking I got a wrong part. But the replacement was the same. I needed my truck by the next morning so I cut a small rectangle to show the shifter selector "PRND321". TOO expensive for me to modify it.

I had been wanting to change my gauge cluster for some time now and decided to finally do it. I shopped around a bit and eventually came across this item and loved not just the look but the price. it was exactly what I had been looking for.I placed my order and went the free shipping route, and even still i got it in the mail after just 1 business day, which is excellent. Installation was a breeze and it even came with the needle remover tool which was an added bonus.Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this item, but I had to deduct a star because of one detail which left me really disappointed. Prior to placing my order I emailed the seller to make sure that the cluster was white and came with the needles as pictured. Not long after my email i received a response saying that it was in fact white and came with needles. However, once receiving the product i found that there were no needles at all. i'm not sure if this as an oversight, or if the seller maybe got confused. I'll be emailing them here to see what I can find out. I was at first compelled to knock off 2 stars for this, but I really do like the product, and am very satisfied with the speed of the shipping. Also, the help they offered in my initial email was fast and polite, so I can't be too upset. The price was great too. If anything changes I'll be sure to update this review.
