At first we thought we had a dud mop which wouldn’t clip together and the solution sprayed everywhere and the spray handle wouldn’t work and we would have to send it back but phoned customer services first. They were great and talked us through the assembly and it now works perfectly. You have to follow the instructions in the exact order shown on the sheet enclosed, with gravity helping with the assembly. It is brilliant and mopped my Amtico kitchen floor easily. One person said it was dangerously slippery, that is completely false, it has produced a shine but is not slippery. My husband is 88 and has mobility problems but can walk on the floor after cleaning without slipping. I like that it can be stowed away in a cupboard without taking up much room and the microfibre head can be washed, so much easier than a mop and bucket.

My sister purchased the Bona spray mop for her newly fitted real wood flooring, as it was recommended by the fitter, she uses it daily & her floors look great, l purchased one also but mine is for laminate flooring, there are different cleaners for different flooring. It's so easy to use, great quality & it doesn't leave your floors wet, l have used other spray mops in the past & this is the best mop & cleaner l have ever had, wouldn't be without it

The mop is well made and does almost all jobs very well. However, I bought it to keep the porcelain tiles on my patio free from mud and for this job it’s only average, although, I’m yet to find anything better. As each tile has a non-slip finish the surface holds the dirt and the mop head keeps flipping over on the abrasive surface. If you find anything better, let me know, but as a general floor mop, this is as good as any.

I bought this after seeing it recommend by good housekeeping. It was a replacement for my old mop and bucket. I have a small bungalow which is 90% hard floors. Assembly was easy. They spray has a wide range that gives good coverage so you don't have to repeatedly spray. The mop end is wide so it cleans a larger surface area than a regular mop. I was able to clean the same amount of space in a fraction of the time. Literally took me only 5 minutes to do my whole bungalow. The swivel connection meant that I can get right up next to the edges of the skirting board, and I could get in and around all the furniture without having to move anything. I'm impressed with the cleaning solution, I had muddy floor by the front door and it cleaned it up in one sweep. No scrubbing! It also hasn't left a sticky residue and has dried quickly. The fact that it's child and pet friendly is even better as I have two cats and a toddler. Overall I have nothing to complain about. Even though I've only used it once so far, the difference in ease and quality compared to using a mop and bucket is immeasurable. Super happy. Now I have time to have a cup of tea and leave this feedback.

Good quality product that replaces a different brand that was extremely difficult to refill. The spray is fine mist and has a wide angle and the microfibre cloth is durable and easy to clean by hand or in a washing machine at 30c degrees. The cleaning product works really well. Floors look very nice after a clean and dry quickly. Have used a different Bono product for wood floors that is also very good. Refills can also be ordered in a highly concentrated form which has less environmental impact. Highly recommend.

Sadly these mops break within 6 months. The issue they seem to have is the nozzle, after a short (ish) time the spray will no longer spray, even when you put a pin in the hole to unclog it, there still seems to be a misconnect between the liquid bottle and the nozzle. They are an expensive mop, and I have now owned about 6 or 7, but I think I have to accept that whilst they're great for the first two months, they quickly break. disappointing

Had a much older version and decided to buy a new mop. Very pleased with it and the kit is good value. Would definitely recommend

Loved the weight of this mop - does a rally good wipe clean but … sadly the spray hole seems a bit temperamental- I might have to get a replacement.

The mop unfortunatley broke in one week after use. There is poor build quality on the connection between the mop head and stick arm. Its very loose and mop head keeps fallinf off whilst using.

Vid reklamation skickar Bona ny mopp och även när kunden (som jag) missar och hämta ut den nya moppen så skickar Bona en gång till. Väldigt schysst dessutom så vägrade Bona ta emot ersättning för frakt och fika fast jag missade att hämta ut den första ersättnings varan. Efter fem moppningar och nu menar jag små moppningar typ ett rum eller två så har fästet mellan moppen och handtaget redan givit upp. Har kontaktat Bona och kan ändra min rekommendation efter svar från dem men just nu så är jag orolig för att alla fästen har ett stort problem - plast. Okej från 1🌟 till 4🌟 hur är det möjligt 🧐... Genom god kundservice hos Bona där jag förklarade mitt problem så skickar de en ny mopp till mig och genom denna handling så har jag höjt mitt omdöme. Dock under förutsättning att den nya moppen håller 🫣 annars kommer detta att bli en följetong.

Ich liebe diesen Wischer. Es macht damit so Spaß den Boden zu reinigen, da man endlich nicht mehr auf den Knien putzen muss. Durch den integrierten Tank muss man auch nicht ständig das Wischpad mit Reiniger tränken, sondern kann ihn direkt einfüllen und vor sich auf den Boden sprühen.

Conseils d'utilisation : Fixez fermement la cartouche dans le balai jusqu'à entendre un clic. Vaporisez directement sur le sol en petites sections avant de passer le pad en microfibre. Lavez les pads après chaque utilisation pour garantir une efficacité optimale.
