Works Great, Needs Better Setup Instructions
Took me awhile to figure out how to get past the initial Admin PIN screen. Had to google it and find a youtube video, as it was NOT intuitive. Would be great if it had step by step instructions for that part. Other than that, it's now up and working great.

If you want a useless phone locked to obi firmware
Used phone that comes with OBI firmware. Annoying if you were expecting a polycom phone to come with the standard firmware to use on other platforms. Google "Convert Polycom OBi Edition to UCS Edition" for the instructions. You need to change the auto provisioning server via web gui (default password is admin). I also had to set a bunch of dhcp paramters to default by checking the default boxes before it would grab the config.

Ordered and received 2 of these 350's (January 2024) and they're both dead. Incoming ethernet port on the phone is no longer working. Are these original Poly phones? In over 20 years, I've never had polycom fail. Even the old old beaters - they're still going. What gives!?
