I bought this 2 years ago and for some reason set it aside and didn't use it. About two months ago I finally started applying it to a quarter-sized dark spot on my forehead. I saw some results after a few days. It has now lightened considerably. I don't think most people would notice it now at first glance. To be fair, the directions say to use it twice a day, and most days I only used it once, so I expect it to get even lighter with continued use (though I'd be perfectly happy if it didn't lighten further). Highly recommend. Very reasonable cost and works great.

This works and it’s not greasy I wish I had taken a before and after picture I had a dime sized brown hyperpigmentation on my cheek suddenly appear and I bought about 5 different face creams I love Palmers oil for my skin because it smells so good, this has no smell and soaks right in, 3 weeks later NO BROWN SPOT I am amazed and I love it and will continue to buy it forever

I’ve been using this product for about 6 weeks to fade a large age spot on my face. It’s about 3/4 gone. I cannot compare it with other products but this product was not expensive and seemed the best fit. I’m really pleased with the result. And I’ve barely made a dent in the quantity. I definitely recommend it!

It is a heavy sticky cream but it does get absorbed very quickly if you have dry skin. My issue is the fragrance, The cream has a strong citrus grapefruit/orange odor. I have sensitive skin and find most Palmer skin care products are very good for sensitive skin. However, I have rosacea flare ups when I use this and I suspect it is from the citrus additive. So, if you have normal dry skin this will probably be a good product but if you have sensitive dry skin I recommend trying another Palmer product. Really Palmer offers great skin products at a more than reasonable price, this has been my first disappointment.
