entire curvature in your hand..
I just got into trying these vertical mouse. DELUX small is pretty light, slides well, quiet!! and pretty precise and smooth for my small hand. This NEWTRAL is is more flat but at maybe 30 some degrees vertical. It's slightly large but I am very comfortable with it. Love how thumb dips in deep but this is not the quietest but not so 'clicky' loud though. The other vertical ones either hurt my wrist or very awkward. This NEWTRAL mouse carries a good amount of weight and it's nice. I wear close to small-to-medium small fitted gloves if that comparison can give you some idea about how comfortable this mouse can be in your hand. I love resting my palm on this mouse maybe slightly too round curvy and the wrist is painless as I move the mouse but can feel heavy to some if you are used to a lighter mouse like SANWA's pictured here. These (see photos) are my five affordable mouse and I like how they move on the screen. I want to say that NEWTRAL moves with nice precision and maybe it's because of the extra weight. With DELUX, I have to move with intent to be precise with it to the smallest icon I want to click. Some other mice (not pictured here) I had to try it for a week or longer just to see how I like them. And usually the pretty ones are not the ones that I usually end up keeping. It's the unexpected ones that are slightly bulky but with good curvatures odd looks and how they are simply positioned for clicking and rolling. After using SANWA (20-degree tilt and 25-tilt).. Newtral feels a lot heavier. SANWA is initially another awkward one if you are not used a "vertical" or tilt mouse. Initially, SANWA 20-degree feels too flat I mean literally flat left and right clicks feel just so weird to touch and click but eventually feels very comfortable in your hand to my preference. Also, the unusual or unfamiliar large bottom is just a bit awkward with SANWAs. But once you get used to SANWA seen in photos here and sold on Amazon as well.. I think it's hard go back to this Newtral lol Also, SANWA's clickers are noticeably quieter almost zero clicky and much more precise to sliding because of the lesser weight than Newtral. These are just my observation and preference though and I am very picky. If you like using one of those Vicsing, Lodvy (seen in the center of the photos included here) or Technet nice little mouse ($7~9) if you know what I am talking about.. I think you will like some of these mice in the photo I included here. But Vicsing/Technet/Lodvie's clicker is very noisy when I use them in library or in a office setting which can potentially bother other people. The Newtral clickers take a bit of effort to make sure they click and do their job compare to the other ones and again a bit loud. Anyhow.. I like all of these mice in the photos but it really comes to your preference and comfort level eh. I might be actually returning this Newtral one (NVR mind I'm keeping) because it feels much heavier and cumbersome. One more thing.. that xtra side palm rest that came with. Some might appreciate it but it's not for me.

Game changer!
I started working from, 100% on the computer and started noticing numbness in my 4th & 5th fingers, from wrist fatigue and pressure on my ulnar nerve. This mouse keeps the hand at a natural angle & supports your pinky! The added pinky support is a clip on, and could be more robust instead of magnetic, but I would buy this again in a second! Excellent mouse! Also recommend a large padded mouse pad that supports the wrist.

Good Ergonomics and Function
This mouse takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you've taken a day to adapt, it works well and is very comfortable to use. The pinky extension piece is removable and attaches with a magnet, but improves comfort and has only fallen off by accident twice in 2 months of use.A note about the pinky rest is that it does make the mouse nearly impossible to pick up with your right hand, and if you do manage to pick the mouse up with the pinky extension attached, the pressure on it will cause it to fall off.I find the sleep function a tiny bit irritating because you have to click a button to wake it up, but it isn't a big deal.My one larger complaint is that the mouse wheel has started to squeak a little after 2 months of use.Photos are the mouse with pink rest attached, and a average sized male hand (glove size large).

Most comfortable mouse ever
This is the most comfortable and ergonomic mouse I have ever used! I'm a software developer and I use a mouse all day so I needed a good one that wouldn't give me hand/wrist cramps - this did not disappoint! My previous mouse was a VicTsing which was quite good, but this one is better with the 33 degree angle and the pinky rest, my pinky always dragged with the VicTsing. Also this is the first mouse I've had that isn't too small, it fits my hand PERFECTLY! (my hand is 7in and I ordered the medium)The only thing that was better about the VicTsing was the scroll wheel, they could improve it by adding more small notches to make it smoother. Also I haven't had any problem with the pinky rest detaching like some said, so maybe they improved that based on customer feedback.

This is...ok, I guess. The additional side panel is a good idea, but poorly built
I needed a good mouse with some kind of expanded palm area. It is amazing to me that designers have yet to develop a mouse that actually allows for the original functionality along with expanded palm size. Most mice and the new-fangled keyboards alleging ergonomic fitness force you to curl your fingers nearly into a ball. This mouse misses the mark. The attached panel is flimsy and the mouse is too light.Just because something is new does NOT mean it is better. The missed opportunities in the market are staggering. Make a mouse that actually works, feels good in the hand, and is worth the search. And, if you are going to offer something extra, make sure it is well made and worth it.Sending this back. I remember a time when usually the standard was well made, will last. Now the standard is don't hold your breath, spend your money in fear, and hope for the...best? Get a grip designers! Yeah, literally.

Great but did not receive mouse attachment!
WITH pinky support attachment, it's amazing. But did anyone order this mouse and not receive the attachment? I have ordered twice and both times it did not come with it. That's the reason I loved it so much. :-(
