These are great tasting doses of Vitamin C! They could be used to up your Vitamin C intake to prevent colds, or if you need something to sooth an irritated or sore throat. Either way, they taste better than most of the lozenges you use for these purposes, and if it's Vitamin C you want or need, that is exactly what these are!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have bought these lozenges several times. I use one at night before I go to bed. They help with my dry mouth. They taste great and they seem to help keep me from getting a cold or sore throat. I like that I can order three packs at a time. The price is a little higher than I like but it is about the same in other stores. I will continue to order because I like the brand and flavor.
