Are there any time cards formatted for this machine? Or do you have to make your own?

The clock can take any side loading time card. And/or you can just use any piece of paper, as long as not thicker than 3 to 5 pages thick. It does not need to use an special time cards, and the clock does not "know" what it is printing on. It just makes the ink impression (cartridge ink ribbon in it) on whatever is inserted in it. They do make "job" time cards for job work however, for use in any side loading time clock like this one.

How is the unit powered? I am needing it to be able to use in a work truck..

This model is powered by a regular power adapter that plugs into a standard US 110 volt grounded wall power outlet. Amano does make a specific model designed for connection to car lighter a PIX21 with car adapter, msrp on it is $440.

What is the warranty?

The Amano PIX 25 has a 1 year manufacture’s warranty.
