Can i just mix this in to some chocolate milk with a spoon or do I need to blend?

Well.....you can try but I blend (blender) mine in with yogert, flaxseeds, fruits i.e. banana and blueberries and 1/2 bottle of green tea. It has a strong & distinct taste. I would think the taste would pretty much stand out in chocolate milk!

How long does this last once it is opened?
