The bird itself was nice, I did not try the motion sensor singing. The bird arrived with a broken beak and tail. The manufacturer must pack poorly. Despite other reviews that said their birds arrived with a broken beak, ever the optimist, I ordered anyway.

I just love the sound and quality. I bought one for my enclosed porch, and decided to buy another for my kitchen. I intend to purchase more in the spring. Makes get Christmas gift.

I returned the first bird and bought it again hoping it would arrive safely. No, the beak has been broken off on both birds I bought. They are not wrapped securely inside the box. So sad! I loved the bird! I have requested a refund. I sent both birds back. I am still waiting for a refund. I love these things so much, I just ordered another bird with a smaller beak hoping it might arrive in one piece. It is Not Amazon’s fault or USPO, The original shipper has packed them incorrectly.

I was a bit skeptical given other reviews of this coming broken however my order was packaged well and complete. I love the sound.

Love birds, sings very nice, would be better if it had regular aaa batteries
