I bought these organic elderberries in a 1 lb bag and I am a very happy customer. I love to do a few things with them. I make a elderberry and blueberry compote or syrup for my gluten free pancakes, and its absolutely delicious. My little niece and nephew even loved it! The syrup is packed with immune boosting Bioflavonoids, Vitamins A, B, and C and Antioxidants! I also love to make elderberry tea, I simmer with fresh ginger anytime I feel a cold coming on. It helps kick the cold within a couple of days, just by drinking a few cups of the elderberry tea a day. The quality of the berries were great too. Other brands have so many stems, this bag had barley any stems. It is definitely a plus that they are organic too. As a holistic nutritionist, I highly recommend this using these elderberries for the power of your health.
