I love cooking but had been running low on inspiration & affordable meals to make, but thankfully this book fixed that problem! The recipes are definitely easy and Ree Drummond lets you know what pantry staples you should have around to keep these meals cheap & simple & good. All the recipes I've made so far have been extremely filling & also usually result in leftovers even with a family of 5, and most of them appeal to picky eaters too if you make some minor edits as needed! I've gotten members of my family eating things I never thought they would with this! The book is also well made & cute, and I love the pictures and step-by-step instructions. No complaints!!

I love everything in the Pioneer series collection and was surprised to find a cookbook made by them. I have tried several recipes and was happy to find they are relatively easy to make with ingredients I have on hand in my own kitchen. I love these easy recipes!! Uses Ingredients I usually have on hand. I have made multiple recipes, my favorites are an easy ravioli bake and the chocolate cake is the best chocolate cake I've ever had!!

I bought Rheas cookbooks in past and love her recipes. I just randomly pick a few a month but all have been fantastic and are easy to follow. The book is a hardcover and was on sale spot is great
