A Really Good Wifi Extender !
If you're trying to fiddle about using an old router as a slave for extending wifi from the master one, then pls stop wasting your time. Even though I did and could use for nearly 4 years but it stoped working now. I just bought this wifi extender and notice that the second band with 5G has a very good signal that it can transmit thru the wall and make my Amazon fire tv stick working smoothly. The price is reasonable and the quality is better than some other product brands. I highly recommend!

Totally useless!
Had a difficult time getting it to connect to the WIFI, and when I did it would connect to the Internet! I finally asked our company's IT to look at it. He had a hard time but finally found that the address portal was locked out! He wrote out a page of instructions for me, but I needed his education to figure out how to apply them. Why would a company make something this difficult to use and put it up for sale to the common man? I would return it but I found out it was too long from my purchase.

Very HAPPY customer
It was so simple to install my 5 year old grandson could have done it. I also really like how small it is.

increased lag time
I'm not very good at programing anything that has to do with computers or internet. That being said, I could not get the booster to except my internet modem password, and the instructions weren't clear as to why. Thanks to Youtube I figured it out, but not sure I know how to explain how or what I did. Since adding the booster I do have a much higher Mbps, but for some reason I'll get a sudden drop and lag on my TV viewing or internet search on my phone, and I never had this before with my old, now broken extender/booster. ***update*** this extender constantly drops the internet!! So aggravating 🙄 one second I have 540mbps, and the next second no internet. This makes my fire stick just drop in every 5 mins. I unplug this extender and even though its slower I still have internet. I've reset modem/router and reset extender still does something. Doubt I can get $$$back

Extender for "Dummies"
I guess I'm more tech savvy than I thought. If you want a PNP device this is for you. I had problems connecting. Manually inputting the ip's on the setup page yielded a loop of asking for a password with no means of inserting it. The GUI is poorly written. I also noticed the unit ran extremely hot for the short period of time it was plugged in. If you want a "hands off" extender it should work for you, if you are a "tweaker", not so much.

Easy to install. And the extender works well in our booth!

Disappointed
Only workee for about a week...then quit working :( and id have to reinstall it... Didn't want to connect to anything or accept the password
