This product is the real deal. I've never been all that into skincare and the technology that comes with it, but I had heard very good things about this company Bio-Therapeutic, and wanted to try them out. The micro fusion came in a beautiful, stylish box, and it felt and looked extremely sleek when I first took it out - you could tell that Bio-Therapeutic put a lot of care into both the actual design and the packaging of the product. It also came with a detailed handbook, so that even an amateur like me could figure out how to use it in just a few minutes. I didn't quite know what to expect at first. But, I've now used it multiple times, and I can say that the results have blown me away. The EXFOL mode gets out so much gunk every time I use it, and the CLEAR and APPLY modes have really made my skin look AND feel so much smoother. It pairs perfectly with my current cleansers and creams, and I'm actually planning on buying some specially from Bio-Therapeutic to pair in the future. My only regret is not buying this product sooner - do yourself a favor, and get one. It's so effective and very well-made: I can see why it's priced where it is. It's not another cheap knockoff from some random foreign company - the fact that it's made in America, by a family-owned small business, means a lot.

Bought it in late September and just returned it because when I went to plug it in the lights didn’t turn on so, it doesn’t charge anymore. Not worth the money.

I bought this product over 6 months ago and it has now become an integral part of my skincare routine. The quality is amazing and you can go a while in between charges which is excellent for travel. I especially love the hygienic carrying case. This is a true ultrasonic spatula and the vibrations do an excellent job extracting my pores. My skin feels so smooth after using this product. My esthetician recommended this to me as it is the same one she uses I watched all the videos under the listing and they really helped me learn how to use the spatula effectively. I love how versatile this is in extractions, clearing pores, and applying serums. This has made me a Bio-Therapeutic customer for life!

I don’t typically use tools during my skincare routine, so it took some getting used to this one and remembering to use it. The packaging instructions aren’t extremely clear with how to best use the tool, but there are videos available that show a clear demonstration. I’ve used this tool a few times now and it’s definitely neat. I particularly enjoy the apply mode. It’s surprisingly gentle but it gets the job done. My only issue with the product is the charging stand. It’s rather flimsy and I have to fiddle with the charging plug and port before setting it on the stand.

I received the BT-Micro Fusion device (Model: MF69) as a Christmas gift and began using it in December 2023. I used it about once a month, very gently, and it stopped working in May 2025—after only 18 uses. It shows as fully charged (all LED lights on), but it won’t power on at all. I contacted the seller, Pro-Med Xpress, and despite the device failing just 6 months after the warranty expired, they refused to help—no troubleshooting advice, no support, no replacement. Just “we cannot assist.” For a product at this price point, with such light use, this is unacceptable. Buyers should know that this device may not last beyond a year—and if it fails, you’re on your own. I do not recommend purchasing.
