It is difficult to tell colors from photos; therefore one must go on descriptions and/labels. I ordered the color brown, but the color more accurately is gray or even taupe. It’s a cool color rather than warm. It does seem well made, and the size is perfect for some DVD’s and CD’s I was looking to store. I took one star off for the color not being as described. Otherwise it’s fine.

I was worried when it came all folded up and vacuum sealed, but it is much sturdier than I thought! Decent material, thick, decent size.

I always like it when something from Amazon arrives and it is exactly as pictured and advertised. This meets that criteria. Pro-tip: If you have never purchased a soft woven basket like this (I have several times), you do need to stuff them with something a few days to help them regain their intended shape after being smashed for shipping. Like a blanket or small pillow, something to help them get reshaped. Then they generally look way nicer and stay that way.

Love that it has handles, love the two-tone color design. Love that it is very sturdy if you were to put heavy things in it. It comes flat, so you have to work with it to get it back in it's round shape. Initially purchased the grey and white roped storage basket (loved the color and design on that one as well), but my plans changed as to what I was going to use it for. So, I returned the grey and white and purchased the brown and white roped storage basket (see photo). I always sit with a blanket over my legs when we watch TV. Afterwards, the blanket ends up in a pile of mess in my chair or on the floor, and that just drove me crazy. So I put the basket next to my chair with a small pillow, a heating pad (don't judge) and the blanket. Now if someone comes in the front door, they see this lovely basket and not my mess!

I love how these look and feel. I’m replacing wicker baskets with these. They are deep and sturdy. They come folded but the creases worked out after a few days. You could steam them out which would be quicker. I just let them be and they look great!
