Absolutely; however, you have to be prepared for the taste. It does have Stevia which is a no-calorie plant sweetener which does not influence the blood sugar. Having said that, this product is packed full of different types of nutrients that, in their individual states, have distinctive taste that can surface. My personal favorite, which I enjoyed just a couple of hours ago, is to have unsweetened vanilla almond milk, cacao powder, more stevia, and a touch of French vanilla creamer as guilty pleasure. I drink it down and love every minute of it. All in all, with two scoops, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk you are only looking at about a three 350-ish hundred calorie meal that will carry you for 3 to 4 hours.

Not very long. It is better to finish it or put it in the fridge.

Can i use this powder in conjunction with another meal replacement protein powder?

I plan to mix it with a collagen supplement that has protein too. I looked together the protein showed 29 g and I saw another protein shake that was rated well & it had 30g...I normally don’t get full on Protein shakes, so I will see. I also looked online and 30 g is a good higher amount of protein for shakes.

How do I keep this suspended in the liquid? I keep finding about an inch of the powder in the bottom of my drink when I finish it.
