Fan was easy to install and works great. We use it on our covered patio and it provides plenty of cool moving air for us to enjoy the patio. A bonus is it keeps flies away bc the moving air as well! The different lighting functions are nice to have. The receiver for the remote stopped working about a year in and when I emailed support I was sent a new one at no charge. Highly recommend.

I liked these fans so much that I ended up with five of them. They are quiet, and they work very well. The remotes are useful and well designed. Installation was straight forward, and the instructions were clear and precise. I did have an issue with one of the fans due to a noisy inverter. However, customer support replied promptly to my request for help, and they stuck with me, supplying replacement parts, until the issue was solved. My experience with Sofucor was a refreshing change from the frustration I typically experience when seeking product support from other companies. I would highly recommend the product and the company.

The wood is beautiful, great price, and works well. Fan is quiet and balanced. It was easy to install and I enjoyed enough to buy another. My only issues are when the electricity flickers from an outage, the light comes on. So I have to go to that room and turn it off. Not a big deal. Its also not all that bright. I have it in the correct scaled room size but it leaves something to be desired. Traditional non- LED is my next choice. Back to basics.

The DC motor is efficient and runs very smoothly. The fan is modern and looks nice minus seeing the screws at the top. The blades are good quality. There is a delay when turning on the light which is annoying. I had this fan installed by an electrician.
