Always slipping off but …
The only thing I don’t like about this headset is that it is always slipping off my head. Apart from this, the audio and noise cancellation are very good. Unlike other bigger name brands I have tried, the Bluetooth syncs seamlessly with both my laptop and cell phone when I am in meetings. I am impressed with Jabra and will try their noise cancellation airbuds to address my ongoing irritation with the headset

Very comfortable, but disappointing on call quality
I really wanted to like this headset because it's the most comfortable one I've tried to date, unfortunately the sound quality on my end (receiver) was intermittent and staticky. I've been using one that I paid about $40 for almost a year and have not had that type of issue. I need a reliable headset for my work, this one was inconsistent and therefore I had to return it. Very disappointing quality for the price.

Design flaw causes them to break
My husband bought these to work from home. After using them for about 10 months the ear piece just snapped off as he was taking them off. It seems to be held together by a measly piece of plastic (see pictures). With the price of them, we are disappointed they didn't last long.

Broke after a couple month use
Too bad I noticed the battery was starting to have issues after a few months then it just broke! The earpiece snapped off the head strap. So disappointing I really wanted it to work. Went for product support and the web link does not work. Bought a Plantronics one now.. that was a waste!

Unstable connection
The headset was very comfortable, however, the Bluetooth connection was unstable. I’d sound choppy and robotic sitting right in front of my computer.Usually that happens when you’re 10-15 feet away. For this reason, I returned it.
