Pyure Gluten-free Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (12.9oz/368g)

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical, however since I love the Pyure brand, I thought I would give theses chocolate chip cookies a try. I have been on Keto for about a year and after trying many brands that offer low carbs and are ketogenic, these cookies are by far the best in class! When I am craving a sweet treat, and don't want to hop off ketosis, these are my go-to from now on. It offers the sweet taste I am craving and hits the spot. They are chewy, crisp at the edges and are super easy and quick to make. I followed the directions and they turned out great. 5 out of 5 stars !

I do my own keto baking from scratch, but I've never quite found a recipe that gives the cookie the texture I want. This is really a sure fire real cookie texture, flavor and crunch. However, I recommend that you whip the very soft butter and egg together before adding in the cookie mix, don't just stir it all together the way the directions say.Next time I think I'm going to brown the butter first, whip it together, mix it and refrigerate it for a few minutes before baking just to see if it will make it more brown-sugary. From a Keto perspective, these are worth every penny although I noticed the price increased $1.50 more since I purchased my last package :-(

These are absolutely delicious! They are the best combination between chewy and crunchy! I added lilys chocolate chips to mine because to me, the package didn’t come with enough lol. It’s almost as if pillsbury and the great American cookie company had a baby and had these cookies. They are so good! My favorite part is their main ingredient isn’t almond flour so these cookies have great texture. My whole family has tried and loved them! Highly recommend. I’ve already ordered 4 more packages lol.

So I’ve been keto for a few months and found these from instagram. I bought them and the the brownies for Christmas so I could indulge a little. Like anyone else that bakes I decided to eat a cookie once the baking was done since that’s the best part. The warm gooey straight from the oven cookie. They were okay. Weird aftertaste and a different texture. I ate one and my husband did. 10 minutes later I was nauseated and 20 minutes later my husband was. Not worth a cookie if it’s going to make me sick.

I use Pyure in my coffee daily and LOVE it and with the holidays approaching (a few members of my family are diabetic), I hoped to find a few sugar-free dessert options. I was happy to find both the cookie and brownie mixes on Amazon. Having tried many sugar-free desserts over the years, I really wasn't expecting much and wanted to try them prior to taking to a family gathering. To start, the brownies couldn't be easier to make (my 5 and 6 year old children did most of the work!), but what's even better is that my children LOVED the taste of the brownies. That, I was not expecting. The Pyure brownie mix is one of the best-tasting sugar-free options out there. The fact that my kids are begging to make more is unbelievable to me (they're not used to sugar-free desserts at all and I certainly did not expect them to like these!). Also, the texture was wayy better than expected. The batter is coarse and sticky while mixing but bakes beautifully and smells AWESOME while baking. I can't wait to try the Pyure cookies next!
