Update - great customer service (original: Chipped upon arrival, but does its job)
Updated review: within a day of submitting my original review the vendor reached out and offered to send another item or refund my money. I opted for another item, as functionally it is perfect for what I need and looks nice on my counter ( and no longer needs to be hidden in a corner!). Second item arrived quickly, much more securely packed and unbroken. This level of customer service is very much appreciated!Original review: I knew from reading the reviews that the likelihood of it arriving chipped or cracked was high, and the back corner was broken off when I opened the box. It does its job, though, and since it is hidden and in a corner of my countertop I'll live with it.
