Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs: Gain vital insights into how to motivate people (Management & Marketing) Paperback – August 17, 2015

My wife just studied this in college. She was happy to get this little book.

This is not a book as the listing advertises. It is a 19 page pamphlet describing Mazlow's Hierarchy of Needs. In reading the product description at the top of the listing, it sounds like you would be getting a theoretical guide to understanding the development and practicalities of the pyramid. Instead, it is an abbreviated pamphlet, of which, all the information is available for free with a quick google search of Mazlow's Hierarchy of Needs. I am literally only keeping it to put in the workroom at work for others to reference as needed...

Just what I needed, doing some research in this area.

The summary was ok, was expecting more detail, and more examples of what the author spoke, like food you could have discussed few other items.

I'm not clear on this. In terms of karma this formula doesn't work. Interesting theory however In don't buy it.

this is overpriced for the way it is sold.

Not wv n close to what I was expecting. Small booklet, misleading and I believe I got ripped off. $9.99 for nothing. Will be much more careful when purchasing from Amazon. Think that the discription of what I bought could have been written better. The back cover of this tiny booklet says this book will help you:Understand the needs o your target and products to satisfy them. Really I just wanted to know about Maslow's Hierarchy Of Needs. Would not recommend.
