I love the quality of the paper and the sizing .... but the spine durability is just NOT there. I love these notebooks but I write fully on BOTH sides of each page and well before I have filled up this notebook the spine is already coming apart -- or at least the cover attached to the spine comes apart. I have had it happen three times now. But I still like them! I don't think they will be want you want if you want to keep these as part of a life-long journal. Then again .... I have yet to find any larger journal that is up to this task yet ...

I love these notebooks! They are a good size and good quality - the pages are smooth and numbered. They are flexible but durable. There are pages at the beginning to do your own sort of table of contents. Two ribbons are attached at the top for bookmarking. There is a strap to keep the notebook closed. Comes with tabs that will be located in the sleeve that is attached to back cover that you can keep loose documentation in.
