I'm very happy with these kitchen scissors. They're sharp, strong, and the comfortable handles make all the extra functions (bottle opener, nut cracker, etc.) easy to use. They work exactly as described, but the best feature by far is that you can take them completely apart. This makes it easy to thoroughly clean the blades and pivot area, so you never have to worry about germs or bacteria building up in the joints. It’s a simple but essential design for food safety. A truly versatile and sanitary kitchen tool.

Nice and sharp. They can be taken apart for thorough washing, and go back together easily when dry. Worked well as an additional tool for removing legs and thighs when carving a turkey.
