it's an awesome product that doesn't quite suit my needs
~AMENDED~I'm amending my review from 3/5 stars to 5/5 stars. While I stand by my original review, I would like to add that since my skin has cleared up I started using this product with a tinted moisturizer and the results were beyond fantastic -- it is a combination made in heaven.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The best way I can describe this product is that it's an awesome product that doesn't quite suit my needs. The good:The clear PROS to me are that the color truly does adapt to your skin tone, which makes it accessible to everyone. It's also all natural and sustainable, which makes it great for sensitive skin. The powder leaves a natural, radiant glow to the skin which is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for those who have great skin and want that "glow from within" type of look. The powder is extremely lightweight and offers very light to no coverage, so if you're looking for a powder with even a slight amount of coverage, this product isn't for you. There are 2 ways I personally see to best use this product: 1. In conjunction with a tinted moisturizer or BB cream. 2. As a setting powder. The bad:I really wish this powder provided a bit more coverage and was less bulky in packaging. I do really like the sustainable packaging, but for too long I was carrying around this huge powder compact and a bulky tinted moisturizer during my travels, which was not a good use of my precious cargo space. Furthermore, I began to question how much I really needed the powder since it didn't provide any coverage. Also, as the product has a radiant quality to it, I noticed that it actually pronounced various skin imperfections/pimples. If I had to be honest, I highly recommend Alima Pure's Satin Matte Foundation, even for those who aren't looking for a Matte Powder Foundation. It leaves a natural, air brushed, healthy glow to the skin and stays on all day! Also, they offer something like 60 different shades so there really is a shade for everyone. And just to be crazy specific, I use this routine in combination with Wayne Goss's Lazy Girl Foundation tutorial on youtube - this tutorial shows how powder foundations are for everyone!Hope that was helpful

Gorgeous, clean foundation with no downsides
First, I have to say this pressed foundation is fantastic. Gorgeous texture, spot-on shades, long-lasting. Love the packaging, love the look, and love the feel. I tried or used nearly every pressed powder foundation in my former life as the owner of a natural/organic beauty shop, and this one ranks right at the top, along with with Jane Iredale. This brand came out after I sold my company, so this foundation is my first experience with Antonym. Now, I want to comment on a couple of earlier reviews (note: I have no affiliation with Antonym, have never met them, didn't get any free product, etc, for this review - it's all me). First, the "organic" complaint. When you purchase a mineral foundation, then by definition, it cannot be 100% organic. Because it is made of minerals. So it can't even be mostly organic. Again: minerals. Products with the Ecocert Certification are allowed to called their products "Ecocert Certified Organic." They go through an extensive and expensive process to become certified. Agree with it or not, they get to call their products EcoCert Certified Organic. Because they are.Second, the talc issue. Yes, talc can be toxic. But only if inhaled, ingested, or otherwise brought inside the body. And in large amounts, for that matter. In pressed powder, it is REALLY unlikely you are going to ingest or inhale any talc, let alone enough to cause harm. Unless you're grinding it up and snorting it, I suppose. But if that's the case, you probably have problems much bigger than talc. Your skin cannot absorb talc because the particles are WAY too large to pass through the skin's barrier. So while I understand that talc is a much-maligned ingredient in makeup, the potential danger it poses is way overblown when it comes to the way it's used in cosmetics. If you're still worried about it, then don't use loose mineral foundation that contains talc.Lastly, someone mentioned that it doesn't last very long. I don't have this issue at all with it. Applied it early this morning, took the dog for a couple walks, did a bunch of work in the house, and it looks exactly as it did this morning. I used a kabuki brush and "ground" the foundation into the skin, just like I would with loose mineral foundation. If you dust it on like a finishing powder, with a loosely packed brush, then it will last as long as a finishing powder. Another tip: apply a few spritzes of facial mist right before and after you apply the foundation. It should last all day.

Great lightweight powder
This powder lasts forever and is great for evening out your skin tone. It is light weight and easy to apply with a big soft brush. It is also great in the summer as well.

Amazing Makeup
I absolutely love this makeup! Its awesome to finally have a certified organic makeup on amazon. It has wonderful coverage too and the "Light" was perfect for my skin tone. The color is in between the "very light" and the "light" of bareminerals if you need a reference. It doesn't feel like I have makeup on when I wear it and I haven't broken out because of it which is a plus in my book :)

I love the look and feel of the product
I love the look and feel of the product. However, there is a strange smell every time I open the compact.
