Works as described. This product is made with a cheaper quality build. Will have to see over time for the real construction durability of this product.

This air hose reel is heavy-duty and impact resistant with greater protection against leaks, and it has a hassle-free retraction system. I like it!

This hose real is very sturdy. Time will tell if it holds up to constant use.

But two of these reels for my shop on February of this year, 2024. At first, it felt really good with quality hose fittings and real. But as we started using it, the hose started stretching and breaking. The real also stop whining up correctly. The picture showed that the hose guide would have rollers. When we had no rollers and with friction. That makes a difference when you’re tugging on a hose from overhead. Don’t make the mistake spend money and buy a higher quality item.

I bought this reel in January 2025 and have used it twice and the hose has bubbles throughout the whole hose. I need to know how to get a refund. no way to reach anyone after the return date to figure out what happened to request a refund or a replacement.
