These steaks are 21 ounces each, enough for 3 servings each steak! The steaks were so succulent! They really are buttery-tasting, as I'd read in my research. The price was fair for the portions. Be sure to read-up on how to cook Waygu beef. It's too expensive to dive into without preparation. it arrived with only one ice pack, which was disappointing. Fortunately I had it delivered to my office, or there would have been a spoilage problem for sure. They were still somewhat thawed, so I put them in the freezer immediately. I will definitely buy these again. Good price for delicious, buttery, melt-in-your mouth steak. What more could you ask for?
