I ordered the medical tag on June 1 and had it in hand on June 8. The engraving was precisely what I wrote. They even spelled my last name correctly; I have a common last name, but with an unusual spelling. 75% of the time, it's spelled wrong, even when I spell it out.The tag is smaller than a traditional dog tag, but the printing is easy to read. It's thick, so it's not going to bend or distort. It came on a heavy jump ring, attached to a heavy chain. The chain has no clasp to break, so you slip it over your head. I prefer a smaller diameter, bead chain, so I used needle nose pliars to open the jump ring, to switch chains.The engraving is filled with black, so it stands out. It's very clear and concise. It comes with a medical ID card for you to fill out and carry.The tag is very reasonably priced. It's made in Colorado. I highly recommend it.

How can one get excited about a Medical ID? Can’t. It’s a dog tag with writing on it. Important writing to be sure but come on, it hangs around your neck in case of a catastrophe. Well, mine just says no blind NG tubes so that’s not even in the major leagues of medical ID messages. So why five stars. These guys spelled my name right, and delivered the ID to me precisely when they said they would. Twice, cuz I lost one. I gotta respect a business that performs to the level it says it will.

I ordered a "dog-tag" medical alert bracelet and received it approximately one week later. The Tag is made of a sturdy piece of metal. Very nicely engraved - not just stamped. The info was engraved exactly as submitted. The question asked above as to the location of the company was mine. Nice to know that the engraving is being done in the US (Colorado). The only thing that surprised me is the tag is slightly smaller than I was expecting, (a little smaller than a military dog tag). I decided this was actually a good thing as it has all the information on it I asked for without being bulky. My only other comment is I wish I had thought to add my blood type. Well worth the price.

The tiny little tag is tough to read, but impressively flimsy. The size is below a dog's nametag.The "chain" is a true choker. It's too short for a guy to use - and, I expect, skimpy enough to be short-term.One cannot purchase a blank for trial, it must be customized and cannot be returned...DO NOT BUY THIS. I've had to order another from a different vendor.

I am a long time comparison shopper and found this product to be the Best Buy on the internet. Earlier delivery than expected. Quality beyond expectations and most important the Engraving, very large and legible. A 5-Star + product without any doubt.PS: It's so light, I forget I'm wearing a ID Tag. I recently purchased the Men's Bracelet - 5-star product.

The engraving is well done, right to specifications. The chain and clasp are good. Wish chain length would come in more choices. I was surprised at feel of pendant. I thought it would feel more like a coin. It's very light and feels like an aluminum tab of a soda can. Wish it were a little weightier.

This is a great 'dog tag' which holds significant information. I have all my meds, allergy, Dr. name & his telephone, my son & his telephone contact. It was accurate. Delivery much faster than stated. It was well packaged. I am extremely happy with service and vendor. The vendor is in good old USA (Colorado). Highly recommend.
