This product is a game changer. If you are looking to lift heavy to gain muscle mass or strength, it’s a no brainer. You can load a lot more weight using these when it comes to shrugs, deadlifts, and some other pulling exercises. The best part is that you can focus on your form and not worry about the grips. I have use these for pushing exercises few times when my wrist was bothering me. It provided a nice support.As for sizing, my wrist size is 6.75 inches and I ordered extra small. It fits perfectly. It felt pretty tight at first but soon realized that’s not a bad thing. When you are lifting, it will stretch a little.The construction of this product is excellent. Though it is priced low, it is well made. I’ve used these grips for several months now and they look like they will last a long time. The curve you see on the strap for the thumb is a great design. I’ve never used other brands before but I would imagine that it would not be as comfortable. The sticky gel on the strap is , yes very sticky and works very well. I’m guessing these are the things that will go first but it looks like it will last a while. Wrist wrap is solid and gives some additional support on your wrists.In conclusion, these are very easy to use and very effective tool for lifting heavy weights. It can also be helpful for those who have some wrist and elbow injuries.

I am super impressed with these. And have recommended them to all my work out buddies. They are comfortable and very easy to use. I always had trouble wrapping wrist straps tight enough. These are much quicker and more secure feeling to me. Well made I’m sure to get a lot of work out of them. Already have actually.

Not exactly what I thought, which is that they would work well for all weightlifting. They really are not great for dumbells and presses. They are awesome for deadlifts and pull-ups. There are two bumps in the grip, the straps are not uniform thickness, but if placed correctly they work very well and are very grippy.

I love these. I got these for working out and have loved using them. I used the measurement chart when I ordered them and they fit great. They have been very durable. The wrist adjustments are great and comfortable. I have very small wrists and they fit great!

I used the measuring chart provided, but still had to return them for a size up to the Large/X Large. They were a bit small on my husband who tried them on. They are most comfortable when the padding fully or almost fully surrounds the wrist. So, perhaps for a man with larger wrists there is no size up to go to. These fit my 'large for a girl' (6 3/4") sized wrists perfectly.LOVE them! No more hurting hands or wrists from lifting heavy. I keep them on during the entire workout and just turn them around so the hook portion is away from the palm side of my hand, for drinking water or floor work. Then before grabbing a bar, I turn them around and am able to quickly release the velcro strap and tighten for lifting.It takes a bit of trial and error to find just the right tightness and position on the wrist. Once you do, your good to go. The edge of the inner protective (and comfy) foam gets caught when turning them around. But I've learned to put my index finger under the foam to keep it from folding under at the edge during the turn.I wouldn't share them, like with a workout partner, because they develop a nice curve to your wrist making then settle easily in place. Sharing them, the other person might have different shaped wrists, and that would make them not as easy to settle into just the right place on your wrist. Besides, with all the sweat, that's just icky.They look like they'll last a long time, but I'm getting another set anyway. That way I'll be brave enough to try washing them. One pair clean, one pair drying.

These are good quality. They work best with heavy dumbbell sessions. Deadlifts and pull-ups they are kind of awkward and seem to slip a lot. This my be due to the fact they aren't broken in.

I've had these guys for over a year, still going strong. The cushion on the wrist reeks to high heaven, definitely retains odor. The leather grip itself is solid & still doing the job. If you wash the cushion on the wrist do not get the leather wet it will stain everything. Def worth the money
