I assume this is made out of pvc?

I don't know what it is made of. The 1st one I received was broken. I notified Amazon & it was immediately replaced. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Are the feet glued to the map or these have magnets?

It's all one piece -there are no magnets, the feet are attached to the map/blue prints, but I can't see any glue.
