I am not a doctor. I am not a dietician. I'm not even a nutritionist. I am, however, someone adjacently connected to healthcare with a decent knowledge of human chemistry. That said, I'll keep this short. I consume very few carbs. I also consume very foods with potassium. About a month after i started a low carb diet, i started getting horrid cramps in my ribs (intercostals). When i say horrid, i mean absolutely awful. I'm not sure that Amazon lets you use profanity, but if i could i would. They were bad. I couldn't even use the toilet properly without debilitating rib cramps. I dislike bananas, coffee, spinach, etc. I do like avocados, but they're hard to get where i am. I found this supplement and decided to give it a go. About two days after trying it, no more cramps. Like not at all. I feel so much better than i have in years. And if I forget to take it for a couple of days, the cramps come back. I've no doubt that this supplement is saving me a lot of pain. A few things to remember: Each scoop is about 13 percent of your potassium. I use three scoops in a 2 quart drinking bottle. I use the pink lemonade and it tastes great. There will be a powdery substance in the bottom of your cup!! That's the vitamin D, which doesn't dissolve in water (i teach chemistry, so I'm well aware of this). You can either shake very well or add something with a bit of fat like 1 TBSP of chia seeds. Chia helps absorb the vitamin D, but depending on your diet will give you a very loose stool. Extra note for people who are low fruit/vegetable: Amazon also sells "it' just! Vitamin c powder." I use a quarter teaspoon of that in my drink as well. Makes for a very tasty lemonade that makes me not hurt anymore! If you're having the same cramping problem i had, i hope you give it a chance!

It appears this powder delivers all the nutrients it claims. (It seems to aid in my recovery when I've expended a lot and need to recuperate.) It also tastes very good. It did NOT bring me out of ketosis, according to the test strips, so it's a good & tasty product for keto dieters. I WILL buy this again. The powder is very fine. Don't breathe it in while you are mixing the drink... turn your head.

Pros - They've helped me with keto flu symptoms. I was feeling quite dizzy and nauseas even. Popped two and within 5 minutes I started feeling better. Cons - I get an upset almost burning sensation in my tummy when I take a couple. Whether I've got an empty stomach or not. So I trade my low electrolyte symptoms with this unsettled stomach. There is a funky smell that lingers after I take them. 4 stars cause they do the job they advertize. Minus one star for the other side effects.

Excellent flavor and texture.

The contents became solid, don't know if it was humidity getting in or the silica gel package not working. It feels like a crumbly rock. When I scrape the rock the solid dissolves in water but it takes a bit of mixing. I'd not buy again.

This mixes up very nice and water, tastes really good, I love watermelon, and I was very happy with the flavor. Overall it taste quite salty, but it is an electrolyte drink after all! I need electrolytes because I’m on the keto diet, and they help tremendously for me for many reasons, but I got it more because I wanted some thing it tasted good to add to water to make me drink more water because I never drink enough. This does fit the bill, and I think this company makes great products, ( they’re perfect keto bars are really perfect!) but I would purchase this flavor without the electrolytes just to make me drink more water, so, perfect keto, if you’re reading this, think about it! I trust this company to make the best quality products. I prefer to buy organic when I can, but I trust that they make high quality choices for their product.

Started keto and have had the headaches. Drink it first thing in the morning and feel so much better. Taste is good. Definitely recommend this product
