Compared to some of the name brand fillers I was shopping, this faucet is a steal, especially on a prime day price under $140. I chose this faucet because of how well it matched my existing KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. The piece is fairly heavy with smooth and confident feeling controls and movement. Valves turn on and shut off with authority and it is nice that it comes with a spare cartridge. Durability is yet to be tested, but given its weight, it seems to be a quality piece. Installation was easy, but I’m handy and opened the entire wall to add the plumbing and retiled the backsplash to match the existing tile that was there. It requires a 1/2 inch drop ear, and make sure it is secured to a solid piece of wood. I didn’t run into any issues like some of the other reviewers stated. The set screws were metal and of correct length, nothing is leaking, and I plumbed it into its own water tank connected to my reverse osmosis system, so perhaps the reduced pressure is helping me to avoid issues. If this one fails a couple of years from now, I’ll definitely replace it with the same one because it looks beautiful over my stove and at this price, I could buy this one four times over again and still cost less than the other faucets I cross shopped. I’ll update if anything changes but for now, I’m happy with this purchase!

Looks great, worked great for a year. Now it is passing if both valves aren't off. Unable to rebuild as it is an off brand.

This is a heavy arm. You need to be able to get to the studs behind the wall to install a firm mounting board. It comes with an on off and cut off in front, and I suggest you also put a quarter turn shut off emergency valve on the pipe to the arm as well (there's nowhere for the water to go if this thing starts gushing water). I like the looks of it. It is very smooth and puts out a ton of water for a fast fill. The on off is very easy and shuts off completely (maybe one drip after fully closed). I got the stainless steel and I think it looks very good in a traditional kitchen (pic. attached so you can be the judge). Cannot judge durability yet. Saw the other review with the shorn plastic set screw. I'm hoping that's something he's doing. Would buy again.

Love this pot filler. Looks great and works fine. This is our second time upgrading a kitchen and this one does not fold back on one of the control valves like the other one did.

The unit went together just fine, but nine months later it started to leak at the nut just about the main shut off. Called Amazon and there is no warranty or parts available for this issue. I did try some new metric o-rings, but that didn’t resolve the issue either. So will not buy another one from Amazon.

I bought this because I had purchased an off brand item from Lowes.com. The unit from Lowe's was poor, very very very poor. To their credit though, they took my return 4.75 months after purchase. This is why we have purchased all of our major home redo's through them, they care and take care of their customers.That said, this unit was on a Youtube video. It was the go to for the installer that posted. It was as he described, sturdy, well built and easy to install. If it weren't for seeing the hands on review of this, I probably would have gone with a Delta or Moen, for about 4-5 times the cost. You will have that quality without the dollars invested if you go with this unit.
