Addictively tasty mint chocolates
We were served these chocolates with the bill after our dinner at a wonderful restaurant in Salisbury, England. I kept a wrapper so I could look them up and bring some back to the States. They are inexpensive and probably considered nothing special by the restaurant, which handed them out freely. But we found them to be uniquely delicious, with a nice crunch that I originally thought was puffed rice. They are very minty and leave a nice flavor in your mouth for a long time – the perfect after-dinner treat for when you want a satisfying taste of chocolate but not a whole fattening dessert. Staring at the box right now and could inhale the whole lot!
