Don’t like the after taste, common with black seed oil. This is the real thing, but unfortunately I can’t use black seed oil.I pierced a capsule and smelled and tasted it. It is authentic black seed oil. Once you taste BS oil, you’ll never forget the taste…If you need the capsules vs liquid this would be a good choice.

tummy problems .. small intestine .. needed a special anti-microbial .. found this .. yes .. very satisfied .. purging/cleansing is not fun .. but we do what we gotta do ..
