Q: Would this work to paint lamp shade?

Haven’t tried but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. I’d check for flame retardant though to be safe.

Q: Can this be used on wearable fabrics, specifically satin?

I don’t know as there is nothing on the jars stating what it can be used on. I’ve primed a bathroom countertop and sink to paint with two shades (which are absolutely beautiful) and painted inside the bowl of the sink this morning but it’s going to take a lot of paint as coverage is not doing very well on it.

Q: the pictures look like glitter. Are any of the metalic paints a smooth even color? I dont think glitter will look like real metal

It's not glitter. Very much metallic. More like a paste than a paint.
