I got a Xl size and they fit good no lie I like them now I hit some shin guards for sparing

They fits perfectly for my legs( I'm 6 tall) and they handle really hard kicks very well. No more bruises)

Foot covered is overly large
Neoprene sleeves fits well. Holds it all in place. Hard to get off but that’s fine. The footpad, however, is ridiculously large. I wear a size 11 so I don’t have tiny feet. This thing goes about an inch past my toes and sits there like a foam pop tart. Big and dumb.
